RECYCLING SERVICES
Recycling services provided by Maryland Refractories Company usually involve proprietary processing of your ceramic or refractory rejects. We typically arrange for pick-up of your rejects and storage on our property until an economical process quantity is obtained. We then convert your rejects back into a usable product, which can be reintroduced into your product mix or sold to others.
Sometimes we simply purchase your rejects. Or we may purchase a sized fraction or other portion of your rejects and market the resultant grog to other customers. Above all, confidentiality and protection of your proprietary interests are maintained.
Our recycling normally includes some or all of the following services: Beneficiation or material preparation, primary crushing, drying, magnetic separation, secondary crushing, grinding, screening and packaging.
The finished product is usually supplied in bulk trucks, bulk containers, bulk bags or 50# bags. Material is usually shipped on shrink-wrapped wooden pallets in enclosed van trailers.
